Hi doc no the figure comes from simon harris at MODEL EARTH . i have two of them ,the one you see sitting on the loco and the other one is a standing driver figure which i yet to paint .

1/12 scale loco

Hi all this is my effort at a 1/12 scale loco its been in this rusty under coat for some time . but yesterday it got its faded rust effect top coat . Thanks peter for that i to havent been on the GN 15 site for some time so it was a long shot ? to get a reply . but i am sure it was here i saw the loco of diesel water .{davids} its just i built some thing very simular

Hi all, Having had a lull in starting any other projects . and lack of funds :( I decided it was time to have a bash at finish ing some of my put back on the shelf projects . Crumbs steve ime glad ive just read your reply ive got a Hornby tts sound decoder I was going to have a play around with ile go through that link you have sent me and see if it leads me on the right path . I am a real novice with hard wire ing so i wouldn't want to blow it 1st time around . correct ...

hi chris no problem . I asked at my local model shop . acourding to them its not a split chassis so ile have a play around with a decoder and see what happens

chris the pic of the ruston & especial the two listers are just the sort of reference I need . its incredible the size difference of the listers on the same gauge track

thanks peter . it may look more in proprortion when I put a coat of primer on . I made the bonet out of one of those plastic small draws you get in storage boxes like for keep ing screws etc . yes the front view dus make the over hang look big . I have noticed that some people place much wider sleep...
