Ditto, they're not open on a Monday but I ordered Monday lunchtime and it was with me Wednesday.

They also have a DCC guy they use. I'm going to order a second Kato tram chassis, get it shipped straight to the guy and have a decoder fitted for only £14 plus parts. He even guarantees his work.
