Hook Basin

For discussion of the issues faced when building a model or layout - how to replicate wood, what glues to use, exactly how much weathering can a Gnat take, a good source of detailing accessories - you get the picture, I'm sure.

Hook Basin

Postby chris stockdale » Wed Feb 07, 2018 9:59 am

Last weekend I popped along to the Stafford model railway show (boy, does N gauge look small to me these days!). As ever there was plenty to see in a wide range of gauges and scales, the largest of which was Hook Basin in 1/25.

It has had a couple of mentions in here before, but never a thread of its own, nor, I think, any photos. So here's some I took at the show.
