3D printing service at ASDA

A general talking shop for any subject under the sun (even Monty Python). This would also be a good place to make suggestions about the site itself or about these forums (or "fora", if you're particularly pedantic).

3D printing service at ASDA

Just found this while I was checking ASDA website for photo info
They are testing out a new service where you can buy a 3D printed model of yourself

The figure in the photo looks about 1/12th scale. They say prices start at £40 , not sure what size you would get for that.
Hopefully trials will be successful and introduced to other stores. Then other shops might start doing something similar and prices might come down.
