Who remembers “A Tramway to Cuddle”?

A general talking shop for any subject under the sun (even Monty Python). This would also be a good place to make suggestions about the site itself or about these forums (or "fora", if you're particularly pedantic).

Who remembers “A Tramway to Cuddle”?

Postby ian holmes » Thu Apr 09, 2020 1:25 am

All:
Who remembers the late Andy Anderson’s shale oil layout concept? It goes way back to the earliest days of Gn15. Did Andy ever build the layout? He built a concept model. But I don’t think he built it. I don’t think he ever finished a layout. That was Andy, brimming full of ideas.
I was mulling over building a layout to fill these Covid-19 isolation hours. cuddle was a wonderful concept.

Hi Ian,

I don’t think it ever got built. It was always Andy’s Eldorado, sought but never reached.

As you probably know it was written about here

Cheers,

That’s all I found Chris. If I recall correctly, Andy had a website for his own work too. Sadly, that’s gone too. I can’t pull anything up on the internet way back machine. But that could be down to operator error.

The Internet archive link to Andy's pages is here - https://web.archive.org/web/20130623124 ... pipex.com/

The 2013 snapshot does have the text content but, sadly, no pictures. I didn't check 2018 but the 2019's was just to a captured error message.
